Welcome to our cozy 2.5-room apartment in Laax-Murschetg, right by the cable car – perfect for winter and summer holidays. The apartment has two balconies, a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, Wi-Fi, TV, as well as elevator and underground parking. Washing machine and dryer are available in the house. A shop for purchases is located in the same building. Right in front of the house is the Rocksresort PARK – a play and leisure paradise for young and old.

The spacious bedroom features a double bed dressed in a classic red-checkered duvet set. Natural light filters through two large windows, highlighting wooden paneling on the walls. A cozy atmosphere is created with a view of vibrant foliage outside.

Beautiful cozy and bright apartment in the Grisons mountains. Ideally suited for ski holidays as well as a good starting point for hiking excursions & bike tours or to relax in the green idyll a little from everyday stress. The chairlift (Brigels/Vuorz/Andiast) can be reached within 4 minutes by car. The Flims/Laax and Obersaxen ski resorts can also be reached in 20 minutes. Skis and sleds are rented on site. My place offers a good starting point for various activities for hikers, boulderers, bikers, families or people looking for relaxation and wellness. In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

A well-lit room features two individual beds with vibrant orange and yellow bedding. A wooden table with a chair is placed between the beds. Natural light filters through large, sheer curtains, creating a bright atmosphere. Two bedside tables provide additional storage.
