5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The large corner table serves both as a dining area and fun game nights. The 40 m2 terrace with a large barbecue/fireplace has plenty to offer: large dining table, hammock, sun loungers, children's house and a spectacular view. Not infrequently you can watch deer and deer from the windows.

The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.

The chalet stands alone on a large meadow less than 1000 steps from the village center. If you use everything, you have complete peace, a south-facing view of mountains from east to west and all the important starting points close by: shopping for everyday things, the chairlift valley station from Falera to the Weiße Arena and restaurants. The free village shuttle stops right in front of the house and the ski slope extends almost to the house.

Looking for peace and quiet? We rent our newly renovated chalet in Surin, an outdoor guard of Lumbrein in the beautiful valley of light. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 4 people and a cozy sofa bed. The first floor offers another sleeping facility for 2 people, shower/WC and 2 balconies with beautiful views. The Vella ski resort is reachable in 15 mins by car. There is no post bus to Surin!
