Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

In 2004 I got the chance to design my own family's week-end house in the village Pigniu. This fabulous place at 1300 meters above sea in the Surselva Region of Graubünden province, above the Town Ilanz, was well-known to me, for my parents owned an old farmhouse until the 1980ies here. The Spiral shaped chalet has the form of a band, changing from concrete in the base to wooden shingles upwards. The house is designed to connect us to the landscape we love. You will heat with chopped wood.

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. Im EG finden Sie eine vollausgestattete Küche, eine Essecke für 4 Personen und ein gemütliches Bettsofa. Das OG bietet eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen, Dusche/WC und 2 Balkone mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Skigebiet Vella ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Nach Surin verkehrt kein Postauto!

Wundervoll renoviertes Stallhaus in Lumbrein

Ferien im Baudenkmal verbindet Denkmalpflege und Tourismus. Historisch wertvolle Bauzeugen wurden übernommen und renoviert und die Feriengäste erleben nun einen Aufenthalt in einem aussergewöhnlichen Gebäude. Das zweistöckige Stallhaus eignet sich für Paare und Familien. Im unteren Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, 2 Zimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Zimmer mit einem 6-er Kajütenbett. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer (WC/Dusche und WC/Badewanne).
