My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Enjoy all the shops of Labouheyre in the immediate vicinity but staying on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation: is located on the first floor of an old house, so cool in summer. It consists of a living room/kitchen area, bathroom, separate toilet and a large bedroom with dressing room. Access to the garden for meals.

Our accommodation was refurbished in 2018. A Jacuzzi was installed in the garden, 2024. It has all the comforts expected of a modern home and in particular quality bedding. Come and stay in the Mazerolle treehouse. Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.
