Cosy Mosel apartment, ideal for cyclists and hikers near the city centre and directly on the Mosel cycle path. On request/by arrangement, you can also get a delicious breakfast (€7 per person). The apartment is located on the ground floor of our detached house. We live on the 1st and 2nd floor. From the dining room/kitchen, turn left into the bedroom and to the right is the bathroom with bathtub/shower. Lockable garage for bicycles is available. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity

Welcome at "Haus Hermann" – a place for wellness & adventure with modern facilities. Enjoy the nice view and find your getaway to wind down & relax in our officially certified 5-star holiday home. The house was built in 1964 by our grandparents and was substantially renovated in 2023. Its highlights are: sauna, jacuzzi, gym, gas barbecue, diverse media & gaming offers (Smart TVs, soundbar, Nintendo Switch, Netflix, 150 TV channels, foosball table, table tennis, Darts, board games)

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

From here you can discover the Rhine and Lahn valleys with their beautiful castles and palaces, such as Koblenz Castle, Lahneck Castle, Marksburg Castle, Elz Castle and many other sights. How you discover it is up to you, on foot, by bike, by boat or by car. You can reach Koblenz by car in 15 minutes, the nearest cycle path is only 5 minutes away, the nearest hiking trail is practically on your doorstep and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.

Access to the apartment is possible 24/7 digitally via smartphone or by arrangement with a personal welcome. It has a spacious 34 sqm, with a comfortable 1.40 x 2.00 m box spring bed, pantry kitchen, bathroom with shower and an underground parking space. You can walk 300 m to the train station (city center) or the bus station (Löhrcenter), from here you can reach other shops, as well as restaurants, bars, the old town and sights.
