In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

２０２６年８月からゲストハウスの運営主体が変更になっています。サービス、ハウスルール等が若干異なりますのでリピーターの方はご注意ください。江戸時代に建てられた２階建ての土蔵を改装し、ゲストハウスとしました。広くはないですが、土壁や太い梁など土蔵の雰囲気を残しながら、１階にIHクッキングヒーター付きのキッチンを設置。１階、２階にエアコンを完備し、快適に過ごせます。土蔵ならではの遮音性や夏の涼しさ、冬の暖かさを体験いただけます。車で5分ほどでサウナ施設、15分程度のところに姉川温泉、20分ほどで北近江の湯があります。周辺はたびたび歴史の舞台となった長浜ならではの観光スポットが多くあります。琵琶湖周辺のほか、日本最古の鉄道駅舎・長浜鉄道スクエアや子供も遊べるヤンマーミュージアム、黒壁スクエアなど歴史以外の楽しみもいっぱいです。近江牛、鴨料理、焼鯖そうめん、のっぺいうどん、サラダパンや鴨、小鮎などグルメも楽しめます。
