Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment includes an incredibly soft, custom-made bed (gel memory foam topper; king width, twin length), a night stand, a vintage dresser and two closets, an expandable table for eating or working, two chairs, and a kitchenette. The attached private bathroom completes the space. Maximum occupancy is 2. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
