Polished concrete floors throughout, walnut cabinetry and built-ins, blackened steel wall accents, exposed steel structure, natural fir ceiling and exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures express a wholly Northwest material palette. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.

Stylish Seward Park Hideaway Near Lake Washington

Cozy up at this beautiful midcentury modern lower level guest suite on a quiet street two blocks from Lake Washington. A short walk to Seward Park, Caffe Vita, Chuck's Hop Shop and restaurants. 1 mile from Columbia City and light rail and a 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Your reservation includes a dedicated parking space in the driveway. Please note the bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. Extra bedding will be provided for reservations of 3 people to make up the sofa.

Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

The cleaning fee includes full treatment and cleaning of the spa amenities.
