It has beautiful views, enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the deck, my Airedale loved the yard and playing in the water, we enjoyed watching the ducks swimming by and even with the rain it was still beautiful and enjoyable and very relaxing, loved staying there!

Such a wonderful cabin. It was super cozy and was the perfect get-a-way for our fam of 3 + 1 dog. For a place that is dog friendly, you could not tell! It was super tidy and clean and simple. Fished right off the beach, had fires and also appreciated the tv for movies at night and games. It’s in the description, but just make note of the pathway down! It’s well maintained, but if it’s rainy it can be a little slick. It definitely would not deter us from coming back but if you have a hard time mobility wise, it would be trickier! This place is 10/10

Peaceful and private in a quiet neighborhood. Great place for staying with a dog, host was considerate with pet blankets and accessories.

This home was perfect for our extended family as we gathered from around the country for an event. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and more than sufficient. The deck outside was a great place to hang out in the evening and the view was great as well. The house was well stocked with just about everything we needed and the decor of the house really spoke volumes about the thought and care the owners put into this rental. The house was spotless and well maintained. We are grateful that we were able to stay here as a family during a not so ideal time... having this home base really helped.

Staying here was magical! The property is so beautiful. We spent a lot of time by the river and it was very peaceful. Jewel even let us extend our stay to visit with the dogs and farm animals. The cabin came with everything we needed and the hosts even brought us extra items we requested like bug spray. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future!

This is a gorgeous, cozy place with a private beach - what more can you ask for? The unit was tiny and pristine, perfectly located near the ferry terminal. We loved the porch with the rocking chairs overlooking the beach and also appreciated the tea kettle + free tea. /coffee. You have to drive a bit to get to downtown Vashon where there’s more to do, but I was more than happy to do that. I loved this place and would stay here again!

Even though the neighbors are very close, the cabin is recessed in a way that creates near-total privacy. Great, direct access to the river, and a very short drive to lots of local hiking. The natural surroundings are beautiful and the place is packed with amenities. There are also very clear instructions on how to do most anything, so it was super easy to use the hot tub, wood stove, fire pit, etc. We had a great time and loved our visit.

Came here for a girls weekend. I love this location and being right on the beach on Mutiny Bay, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on Whidbey, you are not far from Coupville or Langley. My heart is on Whidbey as my parents retired and lived here, and I have fond memories of being up here, so I always try to find a way to stay here every year. Well stocked, beautiful bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and great view from the living room and Patio. There is a path down a slight hill that leads you to the beach. To note, there are stairs going down to the entrance and if you arrive at night it can be pretty dark, they do have a motion light that comes on but does not stay on very long and there is a key box with a rolling combination that was really hard to see the numbers to get the key out of the box , we had to try several times to get it to open. Suggestion it would be great if they updated the lock on the door to a keyless door entry. Will be back to stay, loved it.

We enjoyed our stay and it met our needs. The area was very quiet and the neighborhood felt safe. I may have missed it in the description but there is a set of stairs to get to the front door that might be difficult for some folks. The space was nicely laid out and the details were well thought out. We weren't missing anything during our stay.

A one of a kind property that we will certainly use again. Shelly is terrific!

We have been traveling to Washington each Thanksgiving to spend time with my father. This is a great location for him—there are no steps, making it easy for him to access. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking basics like pots and pans and measuring cups/spoons. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms, but it did not hamper our experience.

Michael was an excellent host and the lodging was perfect for a weekend get away. 10/10, will be booking again in the future.

We have stayed at this complex many times, but this was the first in this particular unit. The location is stunning and can't be beat. We were there off season so no pool and even the tennis court didn't have a net up on it to use, which we otherwise would have. But the star of the show is the beach and access to other things on the island. The condo itself has had some updating and is free of clutter and cleanly appointed. Kitchen had all we needed dish-wise and we cooked quite a bit. Note, there isn't much by way of spices or pantry extras. A little tea and coffee, basically. Would recommend changing out the stained and fading shower curtain, but other than that, it's well maintained. I miss the days of communicating with a real owner and not a service. Then comes the nickel and diming early arrival or late checkout. Still, avantstay was responsive in its communications and brought over some needed items very promptly. It's a great place for families. Recommend.

The home was absolutely perfect and exactly what was advertised. Kirsten stayed in communication throughout our stay and helpful with a guidebook regarding things to do in the area with recommendations for great restaurants near by. We would highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again in the future!

My husband Mikel and I had a wonderful stay with Bree and Toto! Perfect location for our stay, very clean and comfortable, bed especially was super comfy! Bree was really nice, great to talk to, and provided snacks, drinks, and other helpful accommodations for the stay! We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

So many wonderful things can be said about this property and the host! We stayed for spring break/my son’s 19th birthday. Chad had fresh sourdough bread, and a birthday cake in the house when we arrived. So extremely thoughtful. The house is immaculate, and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, and the views were unmatched. We loved exploring the puget sound when the tide went out and watching the seals. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning—waking up to the calm water in the morning and watching the sunset reflect off the ocean in the evening made the trip unforgettable. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a peaceful escape, but still close enough to local attractions and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a scenic and relaxing getaway!

Thanks for the awesome hospitality. The Beach House has the true northwest feeling on the water. The views from the deck and looking out of the house nurtured a sense of relaxation.

My bookclub and I loved sharing time at Rita's. We enjoyed the view, the cozy living room, the large dining room, and the kitchen which was easy to navigate and cook in. We had such a great time that we will be booking another visit in the fall.

What a lovely stay at this beautiful home that was perfectly located. Stayed here to celebrate my friends 40th and we had a lovely time beach combing and visiting the winery. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Thought it was a very cute home. Had a lot of extra options for family activities (badminton, buckets, corn hole, games ). I chose this home based on the view and it did not disappoint. Enjoyed the beach right behind the house. Beautiful sunsets! 15m away from Langley and 10m away from the ferry. Great spot, perfect for a family of 4. We have two younger kids (12y and 8y). Might have been tighter for older kids.

Gorgeous home, unbeatable views. Our stay was so enjoyable and comfortable, the house was spacious and well apportioned. The beach was fantastic. Amazing neighborhood, both quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. Super responsive hosts and super helpful as we forgot a few items.

Beautiful location and nicely updated home! Our trip was for attending a celebration of life. This home was peaceful, serene, private and provided a comfortable place to clock out for each day and relax. Early morning coffee was much enjoyed while watching the sunrise through the many windows and unblocked views of the water. I’m a huge fan of natural light, and this was IT! The sky lights, many windows, beautiful. Would definitely book this place again.
