Watch as eagles soar over the lake and above the towering fir trees from the patio. Soak up the bright, contemporary design of this curated lakeside suite on Pine Lake, brew some coffee and relax. Please note - no lake or dock access available at this property. The apartment is in the basement of our house, but you'll have exclusive access to it via a separate entrance. We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

The entire upper unit of the lake view house in Seattle area (Sammamish) is yours--there are 2 completely separate units with separate entrances; only upper unit is rental; the lower unit is used by the owner while in town. The house has central AC; 2 bedrooms (Master has King size bed with French door to balcony and 2nd room with Queen Bed); 1 1/2 baths & more! No pets!
