Fabulous Villa - private staircase access to the beach

Panoramic view of the Île des Ébihens just 10 minutes from the sailing club, the port, the golf, the tennis of Saint-Cast. Fully renovated, 6 bedrooms (5 couples 1 dorm) 4 bathrooms 3 toilets. You will have breakfast, lunch, dinner on one or the other of our 5 tables, between the kitchen, the Sam, and the two terraces. Access to the coastal trail is located at the bottom of the garden as well as the private staircase to reach the beach. Detox guaranteed with wifi but no TV. Parties are not allowed

Enjoy our cozy studio located on the 1st floor with independent entrance and private southwest facing terrace. Close to the center of Lancieux, 700 m from the beach of Saint-Sieuc and the Briantais, 15 mins from Dinard, 20 mins from St-Malo and 23 mins from Dinan. Furnished studio, bright living room, open kitchen, comfortable sleeping, tv, bathroom with toilet, cupboard, terrace and private parking, key box. Accommodation adjoining ours, we are easily available.

Large garden house between the sea and the countryside St Briac

Between sea and countryside, our holiday home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Le Frémur, 1km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our house of 100 m2 offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Character house, located in the village two minutes walk from the beach. The shops are very close, as well as all the activities offered on thepeninsula: water sports, walking, fishing on foot, etc. It is the perfect place to discover the region, Saint Malo (25minutes), Dinard (15 minutes), St Cast (10 minutes), Cap Fréhel ( 20 minutes) etc... You'll love my place because of its location in the center of the village, you can do everything on foot.

Come and stay in our charming studio located 200m from the beach, at the foot of shops ( bakery, fishmonger, butcher, bar, restaurants ). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area (boat cabin style) , located on the 3rd floor without elevator. It has a superb view of the island of Ebihens. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from ST Malo and DINAN, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Renovated in 2020 with taste and quality! 5 min from the sea and the village is 5 minutes from the sea and the market town is accessible on foot 5-seater hot tub outside, bright veranda, living room with open kitchen and fireplace. Laundry room and 2 separate toilets. Floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Independent house with 800m2 lot and parking in front. OPTIONS: bike rental 15€ and wood 50€.

Single-storey house of about 40 m2, very close to the sea in a charming seaside resort, an enclosed garden with gazebo,deckchairs, barbecue.
