We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located close to Dinard (9 km), St Malo (15 km) and Mont St Michel (50 km), Lancieux is a small seaside resort. The house is 900 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center and its shops, all within walking distance. On the ground floor, the living room and upstairs, 2 bedrooms each equipped with an air conditioning system and a private shower room (toilet, sink and shower).
