Independent studio in a detached house, private terrace and parking, quiet area, near a 15th century windmill, 10 minutes' walk from the beaches, the GR 34 and the village of our seaside village. Perfectly located for visiting the Emerald Coast: St Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, St Cast, Dinan..... 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" label granted by the French Tourist Office. NB: in summer the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 2 night minimum rental.

We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Beachfront cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located close to Dinard (9 km), St Malo (15 km) and Mont St Michel (50 km), Lancieux is a small seaside resort. The house is 900 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center and its shops, all within walking distance. On the ground floor, the living room and upstairs, 2 bedrooms each equipped with an air conditioning system and a private shower room (toilet, sink and shower).

A peaceful haven in Saint-Briac, between the sea and the countryside

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Outside there is a private terrace with sun loungers, table, garden chairs, parasol.
