NB: in summer the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 2 night minimum rental.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Come and relax in a peaceful place, a short walk from the most beautiful scenery of the Breton coast!

In addition , the sea view from the garden, kitchen and bedrooms will allow you to see if the sea is high for swimming or if it is removed to go fishing on foot .

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
