Within about 3 minutes, you can walk to the city center, the train station, shopping in the supermarket or taking a walk along the Lech. Approximately 70 m² floor space divided into a living-dining area with an open kitchen and a spacious bedroom. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the comfort. The apartment is very bright due to large windows to the south and on the balcony to the west you can enjoy the sunset.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knight's Games? You can get there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.
