This cozy, updated two bedroom apartment mixes midcentury modern and vintage furniture with an organic, upstate NY vibe. The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Welcome to Boho House- a rural sanctuary just minutes from downtown ithaca. Our bohemian themed home provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and living room. Since the modern bohemian still has an office job we have high speed internet and lots of places to work including a dual monitor setup ready for your Zoom calls and spreadsheets. Outside enjoy distant views, campfire, picnic table, and BBQ. *Note that the home is 1/2 of a duplex. All indoor and outdoor spaces are private.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

This 1500 sq. foot cottage is situated on the shoreline of Cayuga Lake. Spend your days exploring the wineries of the Finger Lakes region, cycling our rural roads, swimming in the lake, or just relaxing on the deck. Fall, winter and spring are great times to enjoy the beauty of the lake as well. The cottage is on a private road in a quiet neighborhood. Myers Park is a short walk away. Located just 10 miles from Cornell University and Ithaca, NY.

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
