Ideally located 10 km from Bordeaux, close to the vineyards of Entre-deux-Mers, 30 km from Saint-Emilion and 45 km from Arcachon, its dune and oyster farming villages. House equipped for young and old (Wi-Fi, TV lounge, desk, sun loungers, equipped kitchen, parking).

In a bucolic setting, perfectly quiet while being very close to the center of Bordeaux (15 mins), this one-bedroom apartment of 31 m2 is located on the ground floor of our house, in Latresne. Frech in the hot summer, the flat has a nice bright light all year long, view over the garden, completely independent entrance, and secure parking. We provide you with 2 bikes (for adults), please do not hesitate to ask us in advance. We can also lend a baby cot upon demand.
