Our adult only gite complex provides you with 17 acres of private peaceful surroundings. We are nestled in a tranquil valley close to a bustling village on the banks of the Lot river. Our gites are an easy drive to the Dordogne. Your self catering accommodation is situated in a small complex with three gites, allowing you to unwind and relax.

Numerous opportunities for activities and visits: Pech Merle, Padirac, Moncuq, walks, horse riding, restaurants and Cahors vineyards.

The Rataboul Pigeonnier

Nestled in an orchard with far reaching views over the countryside, Rataboul Pigeonnier is a beautiful and peaceful 19th century pigeonnier, tastefully restored in a modern and comfortable style. After a day of exploring, relax in the garden on the south facing terrace, or refresh in the above ground swimming pool (6.25m X 3.75m), enveloped in the stone walls of an ancient barn. Shared with the owners, it's a great spot to cool off while enjoying glimpses of the fabulous view.

Inside, you'll find: -main room with an open equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, range hood, dishwasher, TV), and a sofa bed (sleeps 2 in 140) - sleeping area: a double bed (140) - bathroom with shower -toilet - air-conditioned -outdoor table, barbecue NB: Linens and towels are not provided

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of this fully restored building in the heart of nature. Located on an old Quercy farm, it offers a very large lot, quiet, allowing walks, relaxation and meals outside. A plancha, sunbeds, a lounge and a garden dining table are at your disposal to make the most of it. On the inside, the ground floor communicates via an external stone staircase with the master bedroom. It serves a 2nd bedroom by a miller's ladder.
