Our small house is located within the first walls of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, at 1250 meters above sea level within the Gran Sasso Monti della Laga Park. On the entrance floor you will find a large room featuring a large, ancient stone fireplace, as well as a comfortable, fully equipped built-in kitchen at your disposal. Particularly striking is the view from the large window (from which our B&B takes its name) over the valley, as well as the striking view of the ancient roof tiles facing the splendid Rocca di Calascio. Connected by a wooden staircase, we find the fully furnished double bedroom and bathroom. The use of materials, furnishings, as well as the colors, used in the recent renovation, are designed to try to keep the atmosphere that you breathe intact as much as possible, still today in living in an ancient medieval village, ranked among the most beautiful in Italy. For the rest, you can count on our sense of hospitality, typical of the people of Abruzzo... Relaxing room with door opening onto the beach

The guest room is very welcoming, with some small lights, a transparent cloth canopy, mirrors, and a sliding door. Without the lock!! Away from the other rooms, so it remains isolated, connected to the dining room and kitchen and to the door to the garden. A relaxing place with a double bed and a corner sofa, on which a child or a person who is not very tall can sleep. If the window remains closed, the noise from planes will not be heard. There are three very nice and friendly dogs: a lab and two pugs.

In the cosy, independent chalet, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the relaxation and tranquillity of a serene environment. 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes by car from the centre of Rome, 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport. Supermarkets, shops, bars, great restaurants and a large park with facilities nearby, a few metres away from a sports centre with a swimming pool and spa. My family and I live nearby, but the house is totally independent. Check-in is possible after 4 pm.

The B&B "Scaccia pensieri" is located in a small village in one of the Abruzzo municipalities belonging to the Borghi d 'Italia Association.
