The cottage

"La casetta" is located in a mountainous area near Roccagorga (LT). It is 35 minutes from the sea (Sabaudia), between Rome (50 minutes by train from Sezze) and Naples. The house is autonomous, with a large garden and private use of the swimming pool (from June to October), the swimming pool overlooks the valley with views of the mountains and horizon on the sea of Circeo. It is equipped with a fireplace for heating and a large outdoor BBQ. There are two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), a bathroom and an indoor kitchen.

Relax in this quiet place to stay with double amenities and comforts Nestled among the green Umbrian hills, Battiferro dominates from the top of the 649 meters of altitude the Val Serra. The marble waterfalls and the foot lake are nearby. There are numerous trails traced by the cai both on foot and by bike, collecting berries from the forest, mushrooms and herbs. To visit I Santi, an ancient monastery. Everyone is welcome here, LGBTIQA +, people of all religions, children and polite dogs.

Our studio house is located in a quiet area among other private houses, 2 km from the sea and 800 m from all infrastructure (McDonald's, supermarket, shops, first sights, bars, etc.). Everything is within walking distance. You can get to Nettuno by train from Rome Termini in 1 hour. The house is suitable for those who would like to relax in silence from the hustle and bustle of the city, make a barbecue on their site, immerse themselves in the tranquility of country houses.
