What a wonderful place to stay! Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it was a dream location. Quite but with free use of the pool and other areas. All of the staff up at the main house, were amazingly helpful and friendly, we ate a wonderful breakfast there every day. My daughter also enjoyed a couple of riding lessons!

Everything is very charming, from Francesco's welcome to the neighboring landscape of absolute beauty. Francesco was also very nice in recommending neighboring attractions. The dependency is small but right for our needs. Highly recommended!

The owner was very kind and affable, the small cabin is immersed in a context of isolated peace where you can relax and regenerate, next to a family windmill that is definitely the plus.

The apartment in Alessia's chalet is ideal for those, although a three-minute drive from the center of Pescasseroli, look for tranquility and spaces maybe to take your dogs for walks. The highlight of the house is the living room and its giant fireplace, which of course we used every night to grill the excellent local meats. Kitchen is small but essential. In the sleeping area, very comfortable underfloor heating. The rooms are a little small, in two you feel good, in four narrow ones. Hello, the caretaker who also brought us the firewood.

A lovely stay in camping grounds with its own private beach. Everything you need is in the camping including restaurant, bar/cafe and even a small convenience shop. The chalet is perfectly functional with plenty of private space to eat food outside under the olive trees. A great stay. One negative are the taxi’s. It is a long walk to the town centre up the hill and we could not contact any of the 4 taxi numbers. Apart from that the beaches and town are amazing.

I have rarely been surprised so positive by a place where I already had very high expectations. Michele, Clarissa's father, has made a real jewel. A manicured estate in every detail with a breathtaking view of the lake. A movie setting. Very clean and equipped with every comfort; when you arrive you find it already cooled with the air conditioner, Michele welcomes you with a toast to introduce yourself and in two seconds you are in paradise. The garden (which looks like a golf course) overlooks the lake where for guests there is a pedal boat from which to admire the nature around (woods, royal germs and herons) and the wonderful sunsets that color the water and the sky. The amount of services offered is endless. It is a location that is comfortably in the luxury category. Michele is a great landlord and a great cook.

If you want to relax, it's the perfect vacation. we were with our dog who had a beautiful garden and the lake with the possibility of accessing the private beach almost always in total peace. martina's parents who welcomed us were very kind, also making themselves available for a breakdown to the car we had. The chalet is beautiful and has all the comforts including wifi and A/C. The area is beautiful and a few steps from Bracciano which is full of excellent restaurants. What can we say, we'll definitely be back!

A very nice place for a quiet holiday with the family. You have to be aware of mosquitoes - as it is at the lake, but the place is well equipped, with a private ‘beach’ next to the lake and good parking.

The accommodation offered by Alessia and her family is very pleasant and perfect for a stay with the family! The amenities offered are as described, the Clim is really a plus in this region of Italy! We spent 5 days there when we were welcomed as at home: the hosts present are welcoming and caring (and speak very well English and French) The terrace with its garden furniture is really very very appreciated! There's nothing negative to complain about, go there with your eyes closed!

Unique location at the foot of the Circeo. Despite high numbers of visitors to the beach on beautiful weekends, this stretch of beach is never crowded through the private houses because from the road there is no public access in this section. The house is an ideal starting point for many excursions and sports activities. Conclusion: compared to Monte Argentario in Tuscany, I take the Circeo to number 1.

We had a lovely time at Daniele’s place. The bungalow is small but nice and the pool area was highly appreciated by the kids. Daniele and his wife are both really nice and helped with good recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. All in all a very nice experience.

It was great. The very welcoming and well-equipped house. Calefaçao in every room and pleasant spaces with a beautiful fireplace in the living room. We had a great Christmas as a family.
