The little house

"La casetta" is located in a mountainous area near Roccagorga (LT). It is 35 minutes from the sea (Sabaudia), between Rome (50 minutes by train from Sezze) and Naples. The house is autonomous, with a large garden and private use of the swimming pool (from June to October), the swimming pool overlooks the valley with views of the mountains and horizon on the sea of Circeo. It is equipped with a fireplace for heating and a large outdoor BBQ. There are two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), a bathroom and an indoor kitchen.

The farmhouse consists of a single room with a kitchen, stone table, fireplace sofa and a beautiful window overlooking the valley. Through a wooden staircase you go up to the loft bedroom. The farmhouse is located 20 minutes from the Campo Felice ski slopes.

Everything is within walking distance. You can get to Nettuno by train from Rome Termini in 1 hour. The house is suitable for those who would like to relax in silence from the hustle and bustle of the city, make a barbecue on their site, immerse themselves in the tranquility of country houses.
