Loft holiday rentals in Lazio

Excellent location, the nearby bus stations take you to the sites of interest quickly, in fact, faster than in the metro, since the distance was shorter for the location, in terms of value for money, it is worth it although it can improve in the cleaning of pillows and towels because the sheets and pillows smelled like cigarettes and towels as soon as they were wet, outside of that everything was an excellent and I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Germana's place! We loved the location, walkable to everything in the Trastevere neighborhood and about a 25-30 min walk to the Colosseum. They provided coffee, tea, a snack, and a small bottle of prosecco which we appreciated! It was also well stocked with shampoo, a hair dryer, and iron, and a closet with hangers.

The stay in Chiara's loft was great. Respond faithfully to the photos, super clean and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable. We spent unforgettable days in Rome and it was largely because of the great situation of the accommodation, close to the center but quiet. next to the Colosseum but without tourist massification. With lots of restaurants and bars nearby. In short, a lot of success!!! Highly recommended.

What a magical stay— Piero’s space is an absolute dream, nestled in the corner of a beautiful mountain town with a sweeping view of the valley below. The apartment is an old stone barn lovingly restored and finished by Piero and his wife, extremely comfortable. Piero is an excellent host and gave my husband and I great guidance on where to hike, eat, and explore. It’s an incredibly peaceful location, in the mornings, you can hike through the woods behind the town, in the afternoons, explore the other hilltop towns nearby. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Italy this is by far our favorite. A very special place, can’t recommend more!

Very good location! Laura is an amazing host. She was present during the checkin process and helped us get settled in. Overall wonderful and spacious place for families. Other than internet connection issues, everything mentioned in the listing is accurate. We had our own connectivity so we could get by. Will definitely visit again.

Tiziana's appartment was nice and clean , placed in a good location close to the sea and with good infrastructure around. Tiziana was very comunicative and help us with organizing taxi for very early morning, she also picked us up from the airport when we arrived. I recommend this host and this place.

the accommodation is exactly what the notice says. very well equipped, with all the kitchen utensils. the bed comfortable and very quiet at night to rest. the neighborhood is residential and quiet, with many cafes and rests around the areas, 10min from the Vatican and 15 min from Plaza del Popolo. 100% recommended, especially for multi-day stays! Tommaso is always attentive and kind, he allowed us an overtime after check-out without a problem.

The place is lovely just like the description. Daria was super friendly and helpful. we had a great time.

Our family of 7 celebrated Thanksgiving together at what felt like our home away from home. What a fabulous find! This was my 4th stay in Rome at an Airbnb and this was by far the most unique experience in an apartment that was out of this world. Perfectly suited for a large family and situated in a vibrant area, with everything within walking distance. Martin was very kind and communicative. He was a wonderful host. Fede was beyond helpful always going the extra mile to answer all our questions, meeting all of our needs and offering very helpful recommendations along the way. We would not hesitate to highly recommend the Noblemen’s Loft and hope to return one day soon!

We spend a great time in Rome and the Location were we stay was right next to the Fontana do Trevi, nice and clean place to stay , definitely recommendable. Thanks Dunia for advice and your friendly guide.

Exactly as pictured/desc.d. We felt right at home. You’re going to love the security of the front door, it’s amazing! The ability to leave our luggage before check in was awesome. Host was super responsive and VERY detailed in instructions. Gave recommendations on restaurants and attractions and being greeted by a nice bottle of wine was a nice touch! I have no bad words for this place it was awesome! Only thing to know is clothes washing is not the same as the US. Small loads are the name of the game and I would say time it over night or during the day while you’re out. Google a video on machine, very helpful to have it to go with provided instructions. It was a short walk from the big Termini station and other major attractions. Do yourself a favor and stay here! I will definitely check this property’s availability first for my next Italian adventure!

Great location

Giulio’s place made our stay feel just like home. Excellent location, clean, cozy and quiet after a long day of exploring. Amazing options for restaurants. Neighborhood was extremely safe. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Rome!

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

we stayed 2 nights , cozy little house with all the comforts described , Mr. Gianni and his wife were exquisite, kind and friendly, and also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delicious porch from which you can admire the view. Highly recommended loft , we will definitely be back !

I spent a few wonderful days in Mr. Angelo's loft in Carbognano. The apartment was cozy with attention to details, perfect for enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the village. The location is great for exploring the surroundings and Angelo was a very kind and helpful host, ready to respond to my every need. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a unique setting!
