The loft offers a double bedroom and a living room with a French-style sofa bed. In the Trieste district, near Coppedè and Villa Torlonia, it is well connected by Metro B Annibaliano and buses going directly to Termini, the historic centre and Villa Borghese.

The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.
