An old farmhouse with pool, nestled in the Umbrian countryside and renovated in green building style: the entire house is naturally insulated and half of it is built of wood and straw bales. A comfortable, healthy house, naturally cool in summer and warm in winter, ideal for resting or working indoor or outdoor in the shade of oak trees. Starting point for visiting the surrounding area or to immerse oneself in nature wandering on foot, by bike or on horseback in the gentle hills that surround us

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The location is in the park of the Roman castles in Velletri and is located about 35 km from the center of Rome, and is ideal as a location to spend pleasant days in the countryside. The center of Rome is connected by train and in 50 minutes it connects Velletri with Rome. From Velletri you can visit Castelgandolfo with the Pope's summer residence and the beautiful towns of Nemi, Frascati and Grottaferrata
