Small cottage, swimming pool entirely private use

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The cottage is located within an estate with a park of over 12000sqm. The location is in the park of the Roman castles in Velletri and is located about 35 km from the center of Rome, and is ideal as a location to spend pleasant days in the countryside. The center of Rome is connected by train and in 50 minutes it connects Velletri with Rome. From Velletri you can visit Castelgandolfo with the Pope's summer residence and the beautiful towns of Nemi, Frascati and Grottaferrata

Charming and historic location surrounded by greenery, located just 5 minutes from Tivoli and 35 minutes from Rome. Independent entrance and reserved parking. The atmosphere is enchanted, you can wake up to the sound of birds and the sounds of nature, while resting in the shade of centuries-old lime trees overlooking giant bamboo. In summer, the house does not need air conditioning because it is naturally cool, thanks to the thick stone walls.
