Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato nei due giorni di fine e inizio anno nuovo. Siamo stati benissimo, la casa si trova in un luogo storico e molto caratteristico con un panorama meraviglioso. L'alloggio è accogliente, pulito, ordinato, e vi si trova tutto l'occorrente di cui si può avere bisogno dalla cucina al bagno, non manca nulla! Nel soggiorno ci sono il camino e il divano ampio e comodo che sono il top . Lo consiglio a tutti specialmente a coloro che amano la tranquillità e oziare qualche giorno per ricaricarsi r poi tornare alla quotidianità. La casa è in un posto molto tranquillo. Ha tutto quello che serve, ho trovato il materasso molto comodo. Ottimo il bagno. La strada dietro la casa porta alla piana del voltiglio, in 15 minuti si arriva molto comodo. Strade ottime asfaltate e grandi, che non è scontato in montagna. Nadia molto presente nel consigliarci zone da visitare, feste e quant’altro. Ci siamo riposati alla grande. Non posso fare altro che consigliare l’alloggio. Nessun problema anche con il nostro cagnone. All’esterno c’è una piccola griglia che fa il suo dovere. Da dove abito io la strada è tanta, ma se vorrò tornarci di sicuro alloggerò qui. Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

siamo stati solo una notte, volevamo visitare Terni e le cascate. Pertanto nella casa siamo stati solo il tempo di posare le valigie e poi la notte per poi ripreparsi il mattino successivo per il check-out. Ad ogni modo riporto: casa ordinatissima con tutto il necessario; bagno pulito e globalmente villa pulitissima. La villetta non è lontana dalla Basilica di San Valentino mentre per raggiungere il centro di Terni, occorre spostarsi con la macchina. Maurizio è davvero disponibile e cordiale, alloggio consigliatissimo 🤠

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Questo alloggio è in una posizione che mette subito a proprio agio. Abbiamo passato tanto tempo in giardino, godendoci la tranquillità. Avevamo tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e abbiamo vissuto il viaggio in modo sereno e senza pensieri. Grazie di cuore.

Cet endroit est le paradis sur terre ! Cette région est une magnifique découverte ! Le lieu est paisible, agréable et fabuleux ! La maison est confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est merveilleuse et le coucher du soleil sur la piscine est extraordinaire ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de partir. Perdu en pleine nature, ce lieu est époustouflant! Nous avons été accueillis par Paolo qui a toujours été très réactif et de bons conseils. Souriant et serviable, c’est agréable d’être reçu aussi bien. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps 😉☀️🇮🇹

Simple: en quelques mots, nous aurions aimé passer plus de temps chez Giovanni. Accueil parfait, même avec notre arrivée tardive. Giovanni nous attendait, s’est tenu disponible en permanence, a été l’hôte parfait finalement. À vous qui lirez ce message, soyez sans crainte quand au logement, l’emplacement et sa propreté. Il s’agit d’un havre de paix comme nous n’en avons rarement vu avec mon fiancé. Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé et énormément logé en RBNB, Giovanni est de loin le meilleur hôte. La maison trône sur les hauteurs et la vue est splendide sur le lac. Tout est à disposition, machine à laver, belle terrasse, barbecue. Merci à Giovanni pour tout, tant ses conseils, la balade en bateau sur le lac avec les explications historiques ainsi que sa réactivité permanente. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr! Elo & Alex

Vi var mycket nöjda med lägenheten. Hissen fungerade bra men det kan vara bra att veta att i omgivningen finns många trappor så om man har svårt att gå i trappor ska man inte välja detta område. Men då får man också den fantastiska utsikten. Annars är allt perfekt. Busshållplats och tunnelbanestation Colosseo är 5 min bort och man kan ta sig överallt lätt och billigt. Jag rekommenderar affären Elite supermarket. Lite dyr men allt finns där och man kan hitta många slags ostar och skinka och personalen är mycket trevliga. Själva lägenheten är fantastisk sköna sängar 3 badrum bra kaffemaskin. Tv finns i alla rum men vi använde inte dem alls. Magisk utsikt. Om jag ska hitta något att anmärka på är det belysningen. Alla lampor var mycket starka så ingen mysbelysning alls. Men det var verkligen det enda allt annat var perfekt. Barbara var lätt att nå, svarade snabbt och hjälpte oss att boka bord på en underbar restaurang. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera alla att boka detta boende.
