The Crossing

Authentic stone farmhouse overlooking Lake Bourget, La Traverse is a family home located on the heights, close to the mountain trails. You can escape to the forest and reach the top of the Dent du Chat, a local natural landmark. Built more than 2 centuries ago, the building housed 3 families, before being bought and then fitted out by my great-grandfather Antoine. Renovated in 2020, the living area is 160 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2.

You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.

My place is close to public transportation, the beach (3 minute walk) and the center of the lake bourget. It has a large terrace of 27m² and a second terrace of 65m² in rooftop with stunning views of the lake and mountains (Belledonnes + Nivolet). For a weekend or a full week of holidays this new and equipped apartment will make your stay very pleasant.
