It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

If you want to get to Paris by Regional Express Network, 2 buses (D and E) at the very foot of the building take you to the station in 8 minutes.

The studio comprises a bedroom and a small living room with open-plan kitchen. It is equipped with a smart tv full hd, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, 2 induction hotplates with hood, a large oven, an electric radiator in the bedroom and a reversible heat pump in the living room etc). Wifi is also available. The property is located next to the Montesson Carrefour center, i.e. ~ 10/15mn walk from the RER A station and line J/L (otherwise there's also a bus to the station).

House is set next to the forest where you can enjoy long walks or bicycling in the nature.
