Included in the price are bed linens, towels and cleaning supplies. Amenities: hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Der Wagen ist gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie finden im Wagen ein Doppelhochbett, eine Kochzeile sowie zwei gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Ein seperates Badezimmer befindet sich im Haupthaus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei idyllische Seen zum Schwimmen. Ideal für Radreisende und Naturliebhaber.

Within walking distance you can reach the historic old town with cozy cafes, downtown with a great shopping mile and the harbor to linger in. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
