Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Centrally located between the castles of Evenburg and Phillipsburg, the apartment offers great cycling and hiking trails & shopping within walking distance. The center of Leeran is about 1.5 km away.

'Old forge' in the green Läd invites you to linger :)

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

Old teacher's house from 1906. Enjoy a few quiet days in the coastal region of East Frisia on the Fehn Canal. Built in 1906, the listed teacher's house was renovated in 2016 and offers you a comfortable 80 square meter apartment. Very interesting to recharge your batteries! The terraced house "Thea" convinces with cosy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa cuddled up with a tea.

Relax in this special and quiet space. Located directly at the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike rides and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian countryside have many attractions and leisure opportunities available. Kitchen Kitchen has a dishwasher. If needed, two guest beds for children can be provided. Linens and towels are furnished.
