The terraced house is situated in a central, quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the old town and the harbour. Bakeries and supermarkets are nearby. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. The second bedroom on the upper floor is accessed via a somewhat steep staircase. The garden has a covered terrace with garden furniture and is fully fenced. Bicycle storage and a car parking space are available.

The townhouse "Thea" convinces with cozy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area overlooking the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are very welcome, for them there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls. I myself loved to live here and enjoy all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listen to the birds in the outdoor bed or read on the sofa cuddled with a tea.

In our small guest house, you can stay with three people on two floors. There are three beds on the upper floor. On the first floor, you will find a kitchenette, a bathroom and a living and dining room with views of the countryside. In the kitchen there is no sink, so you have to go to the adjacent bathroom. The nearby East Frisian hiking trail leads quickly to the countryside or towards the city.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
