Charming spot in the perfect location - right next to Trinity College and about 50 steps to the Liffey. Andrew’s flat had everything you could want. We were specifically looking for a place with a washer/dryer so we could limit the clothes we packed, and Andrew had a unit that worked perfectly. Is on D’Olier, which is right on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade route and a very short walk from College Green, where you can catch numerous tours, day trip buses, and access to the hop on/hop off tours. Spacious refrigerator, microwave and stove helped us save money by cooking many of our own meals, and there are numerous grocery stores nearby to stock up on supplies. Andrew, himself, was perfect. Very responsive, kind and accommodating. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Dublin!

Myself and my father stayed here for a few nights and we really enjoyed our stay. ProVirtuo was great with providing guidance on checking in and additional recommendations on things to do in the area. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and additionally was well located, not too far from shops, with the option of parking a car in the allocated space outside. We would certainly stay again if we were back in the area!

Nice place, easy to find, responsive guests and pretty much a walk into town with no real issues. Right beside a garage too which is also very handy and overall a nice place, especially for the reasonable price.

My wife, 24 year old daughter and I spent two nights here. It was a great place and very comfortable just like the pictures and write up described. Location has been fantastic right in the hub of the area - we would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in the area George and Tony were very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. If we’re passing through in future will be happy to stay here again

This was the best air bnb we have stayed in so far. Exactly as described and looks just like in the pictures. The split level was really helpful for us as a family and the space was perfect. The property was well decorated, very homely, very clean and smelt nice. Parking was great and ideally situated. Never heard or saw any direct neighbours. Nice partial side sea view and also a view of the mountains from one bedroom over the buildings. Everything was perfect and we would happily stay again.

Mary is the perfect host in every way. She is an experienced hospitality professional, with great instincts for making everyone feel welcome. She knew exactly what we needed before we knew ourselves. She could not have been better to work with. And then she gave us the space we needed to relax and enjoy this lovely spot. Thank you, Mary!

The stay was wonderful. The host was super helpful and kind. Great area with easy transport to city centre. Stayed for St.Pattys weekend and it was lovely.

Accommodation fully matches the listing. Perfect location, great location, anything can be done on foot. Bright and pleasant accommodation. Nearby restaurants, shops, services, tours, and transportation. We had a lovely stay at Emma's.

We had a great stay at Ann’s! Check in was easy and the place was perfect. I met Ann when leaving the property during our stay and she was such a lovely and friendly woman. The place is in the perfect location with loads to do! We plan on heading back in the summer months.

Fantastic place to stay, quiet but close to Athlone. Loretto communicated well and was available if I needed her. Will definitely book again in the future.

Great host he was very friendly and responsive

David was extremely accommodating and there was things in the air b&b incase you forgot! We really enjoyed our stay and he even let us have a late checkout as there was no other guests the following day! Also big thank you for letting us leave our bags whilst we toured Dublin for the day before our late flight. I really recommend!!

We had a fabulous few days in the apartment. It is beautifully decorated and clean and had everything we needed. It is also walking distance to all of the K-Club amenities. Paul was very pleasant to deal with and very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend the apartment.

What a nice place to stay near the Grand Canal in Dublin! It was perfect for my short solo trip to visit the city. Marta and Martin were very communicative and kind. The room is light-filled and cozy for myself. I felt at home immediately in their clean, quiet apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed walking around in Ranelagh, St. Stephen's Gardens, and further into the city. It's very walkable. The Leeson St Bridge bus station that takes you directly to the airport on Aircoach 700 is also extremely helpful. Would totally stay again!

We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. The apartment was clean and worked perfectly for our needs. Our kids loved the donkeys and horse. The indoor pool was clean and well-maintained. The property is in a great location. We visited Cork, Blarney, Midleton and Cobh during our stay. Kieran recommended 3 local restaurant options all close by. We were able to try 2 of the 3 during our stay and both were great!

Catherine was very proactive and responsive. Everything was as described. It was a lovely location, a little ways from the center of Dublin by train ~40-50 minutes depending on the stop. There is a stop which was a couple minute walk from her place right next to a grocery store. We rented a vehicle and the parking spot was right outside of the elevator that takes you to the penthouse, though you probably could get around by public transit and without a vehicle. We had 6 people/3 couples, the place was perfect and we all had our own restrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Catherine!!
