Beautiful, quirky restored farmhouse, located in the most peaceful setting . Few minutes drive to the local village with shops, bars and takeaways. The house itself is stunning. extremely comfortable, clean and very cozy. Helen and Frank are very thoughtful hosts, beautiful breakfast left in the fridge, tea , coffee, preserves, cereal. Coal and logs for the fire, bathrooms fully stocked with shower grow, shampoo etc. The house itself, is very spacious, two sittings rooms, kitchen with all necessities, wet room downstairs, master ensuite, beds very comfortable. Overall it's outstanding.

This was our second visit to Diane's place. The house is spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a great location with beautiful views. Walking distance to Murlough Beach. Plenty of space inside and our wee dog just loved running about the large enclosed garden. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom and every detail has been thought of. I will be booking again and staying for longer next time!

Stayed for a hen night with 22 others. The place was spotless. Mary Theresa was so quick at responding to messages and so helpful and accommodating. The house was only a few minutes drive from the city so very central great location. Will definitely be back would highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Emma’s place! Anne, our host, was incredibly welcoming and gave us great tips for exploring the area. She even introduced us to the family’s adorable calves—definitely the highlight of our morning! The place was perfect for our group, and we’re already planning to return in the summer. Highly recommend this spot and Anne’s wonderful hospitality!

Arrived to a stunning home with incredible views. The property was even better than what we expected - the photos can't do it justice! Host gave very clear instructions and lots of helpful tips, and left a lovely welcome hamper! Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing weekend at The Coach House. It was everything and more. My family and I were blown away with how beautiful and cosy this house is. Daniel was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Would happily return, we loved our stay.

Stayed in the Foxes Den pod with my 2 children and dog for a night over the half term break. Fiona the host had been in touch to check on our arrival time and had the heat on in the pod when we arrived. Halloween sweets and sparklers for the kids was a lovely touch and they were delighted. As described, peaceful, beautiful scenery and plenty of room for the kids and dog. Pod is as described warm, dry and functional. Fiona our host came to meet us and checked we had all we needed, even recommending a local chinese restaurant for dinner. We were the only people in the pods that night and had full use of the hot tub, which was great. Fire pit lit, dinner had, movie watched and marshmallows toasted, time for a comfortable nights sleeps in a warm and cosy pod. Breakfast, more firepit, more hot tub, pack up and homeward bound. Fiona was a great host, there if you needed her but left you to enjoy yourselves. Shower and toilet block very clean as was the shared relaxing area. Fantastic!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Caitríona’s peaceful and tranquil retreat! She was so lovely and welcoming, and has created a wonderful and cosy place. The hot tub and sauna were magical - sitting in the hot tub under the stars was an unforgettable experience. There are great little walks nearby and 3 friendly dogs on-site plus lots of other cute farm animals. Caitríona was especially kind when one of us got sick, and allowed us some flexibility with check-out time which was hugely appreciated. Our stay was a real highlight of our entire trip in Ireland.

Beautifully maintained old Portaferry terrace. The view from the front door takes some beating, just walking out the door made you smile. The bedrooms are spacious, with very comfortable mattresses. Good kitchen, back sitting room was a great space to relax and talk after a days walking. Whilst being on the road, the thickness of the walls makes the house silent and peaceful. The property is on the sea front and a short walk to bars, shops and restaurants in the village. A short ride on the ferry takes you into the beautiful village of Strangford and for us a lovely meal in the Artisan Cookhouse (strongly recommend). Michael was a great host, directions and details were spot on. The property was a lovely find and I would thoroughly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing get away in a beautiful part of the country.

Our stay at Ewe cottage within Ballymaloe was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst breathtaking surroundings, the estate offers private walks that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in nature's beauty. Access to the hotel swimming pool and restaurant was exceptional, serving incredible food and adding an extra touch of luxury. The cottage itself was pristine, well-equipped, and incredibly cosy, providing the perfect retreat. Robyn as a host was excellent, exceptionally responsive with clear communication and kindly offered lots of recommendations which made our stay even more special. If we could offer more than five stars to the review, we absolutely would! This is a real gem that we cannot recommend highly enough. We can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our time at Ernies Den. The house is beautifully kept and the garden room and swim spa was fantastic. The host responded to our queries within minutes. Can't wait to go back. 😊

Fantastic tiny house located in beautiful grounds. We arrived after dark but the directions from Carina were clear and it was easy for us to find. The Swallow's Nest was very cosy and private with its own bathroom and shower next door. Next time, I'll stay longer to enjoy the location and the river walks.

Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. How did we get so lucky? I mean, luck of the Irish sounds cliché but this was really something special. I came with my two rather wild boys and Sarah went out of her way to help me. She was incredibly generous to offer us a ride from the airport so that I didn’t have to worry about anything. She even tracked our flight and timed the pickup perfectly. I just consider this above and beyond. The hospitality was unmatched. My boys felt right at ease with her. We were able to enjoy the apartment with the many games and massive dvd collection. The boys loved playing legos and pool. We also enjoyed the pool and I was lucky enough to use the sauna twice. I love the flat: so beautifully designed with cute themes to each room. Books I’d love to read if I didn’t have such wild kids. Linens were heavenly. Kitchen is just what you need. Neighborhood is delightfully quiet. Could have stayed longer easily. Great first stay in Dublin!

What a fantastic place this house was - a real home from home! Antoinette thought of everything. As winter guests we couldn’t avail of the fabulous outdoor facilities such as bbq and outdoor seating but we did enjoy the comfort and coziness of the wood fire! I would love to go back some time in the future

This is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed, if not the nicest! Heather is the perfect host. From the moment we made her booking, she was in touch to thank us. Before we arrived, she gave clear directions and instructions on how to access the place. She asked for a rough arrival time so she could set the heat, so the place was so warm and welcoming when we arrived. The place is petite, but doesn't at all feel cramped with two people and a dog. The furniture and bed were so comfy. The fire was built, ready for us to light. The place was absolutely spotless! And not just that, but there was milk, water, butter, jam, eggs, chocolates, and even a loaf of homemade soda bread left for us. There were also dog treats, which our little fella loved! The cottage is right behind Heather's house, with a fence in between. I'm sure if the weather wasn't so bad, we might have crossed paths in the garden. But otherwise, we were left to our own devices. The perfect, quiet weekend getaway!

David was extremely accommodating and there was things in the air b&b incase you forgot! We really enjoyed our stay and he even let us have a late checkout as there was no other guests the following day! Also big thank you for letting us leave our bags whilst we toured Dublin for the day before our late flight. I really recommend!!

Cormac and Rose’s Le Chateau is the most adorable place! Plenty of room for the three of us! (And the shower is heavenly!) Loved the little snacks and teas available, and everything else that made the place so cozy. Rose met us as we drove in the driveway and showed us everything we needed for the stay. We hope that we can visit Le Chateau next time we are in Ireland!

Perfect stay in St David’s with our greyhound. The accommodation had everything we needed and was a stones throw from the centre. Our host was helpful throughout our stay and we felt thoroughly spoilt by the freshly delivered hot croissants every morning! From a dog owners point of view the accommodation is perfect - the kitchen can be closed off to prevent any counter surfing (our greyhound can be a menace in the kitchen), the garden is enclosed so dogs can be let off the lead, and there is plenty of space for a dog bed and toys for your dog to have a little play indoors. St David’s itself is very dog friendly, with lots of dog friendly pubs. There is also a dog friendly beach just 10 mins drive away, which we only knew about thanks to the kind recommendation of our host! All in all a perfect getaway for you and your furry friend 🥰
