We loved it! A great place right on the water. The breakfast served was appreciated and very good. Our host, Eric, was the best...and we will never forget to close our windows in Ireland!! Clean, comfortable, convenient to the Waterford /Wexford area. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Dympna&Eric!

Very happy with our choice to stay at the Temple Bar Inn. It is in the perfect location, very walkable to tourist attractions, as well as shops, restsurants and more. There is also a Tesco right next door for groceries/snacks and other necessities. The receptionists and security at the front were very kind. We got in around 6am and our room did not become available until about 11am. So checkin MAY be flexible but just take that into consideration. The only downside was our room was pretty warm. It was equipped with a Dyson fan, but it was still pretty stuffy even with the windows open. Overall, though, I would recommend and stay here again.

We stayed in room 19. Best view in the house! You can lie in bed and look at the water. The bathroom was a little quirky but not a problem. My only suggestion would be to paint the top of the doorway red outside room #10 for short people. The location is ideal and seems to be the place to be. Everything is within walking distance. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Carlos and Marie were wonderful hosts. Their apartment is comfortable and I enjoyed hanging out with them a bit there, they provided very helpful information about Dublin (it’s quite easy to get to town on the bus), and they were flexible and accommodating when I needed to arrive a bit early and had a bit of jet lag keeping me up at night. I would gladly stay with them again or hang out with them in New York where I live. Thanks again!

This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. Convenient, comfortable, and a lovely warm welcome from hosts Frances and Colm. Nothing was too much trouble - and the kitchenette with breakfast snacks and drinks was a bonus! A lovely stay and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
