Nice family home in Léon (near the lake)

Beautiful wooden house on the edge of the Huchet current nature reserve offers you a relaxing stay for the whole family. On a fully fenced 1600 m2 plot you will find children's games. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms, one with a 160*200 bed and desk, the other dedicated to children with 2 single bunk beds. Then a bathroom & Separate WC. On the 1st floor there is a large bright living room that overlooks a terrace, open kitchen and a bathroom. 500 m from the village, 1 km from the lake and 8 km from the ocean.

Surf Shelter is a property set in the forest. We suggest you rent only the house, without the annex: 4 bedrooms, a heated pool, two terraces, 3 bathrooms... and the forest all around. Included: a large space to store bikes and surfboards on your way back from the beach. By car, the beaches are 5 minutes away, as is access to all "amenities".
