Our cosy attic apartment is quietly situated on the outskirts of the village with direct access to nature. A cozy nest with lots of light and an unobstructed view from large windows and from the sun balcony. You can quickly reach Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg or Backnang. The S-Bahn station is Winnenden. The supermarket and bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has it's own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.

Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). From a 7-day rental, there is a weekly change of linens and fresh towels and dish towels. Plates, cutlery and pots are available.
