This unique place, a former weaver's house from 1791, has a style all its own. It was expanded and prepared with a lot of love for the house and for the guests. A large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom & gallery. It is located in the heart of Aitrach in the Württemberg Allgäu. Close to Lake Constance 80 km, Munich 120 km, Füssen 80 km, Obersdorf 80 km, Allgäu Airport Memmingen 17 km, A96, A7, directly on the Illerradweg Ulm-Obersdorf, skiing, hiking, cycling, Allgäu Alps...

Small, fine apartment

The flat is in a quiet location, has its own entrance and is approx. 70 m² in size. It is suitable for up to 4 people, possibly with a child. The price is for 2 people. Each additional person costs an extra 15 euros. There is a large bedroom with a 140x200 and a 90x200 bed. There is also a fold-out sofa bed measuring 180 x 200 cm in the living room. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen and is furnished with a TV, stereo system, a wood-burning stove and a dining table.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our tiny house is perfect: - for lovers of minimalist design - for passengers of Memmingen Airport - for those passing through (located at the A96 and A7 motorway junction) - for guests who want to get to know the beautiful Unterallgäu (e.g. Memmingen or the basilica in Ottobeuren) - as a starting point for day trips in the region, e.g., Skyline Park (30 km), Kempten (Allgäu) (45 km), Lindau on Lake Constance (75 km), Legoland (80 km) or Neuschwanstein Castle (87 km)

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Stylish tree house on the Kellerberg

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. Very nice wooden log cabin on large property with large natural pond. Very quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.

Enjoy a stay in our Masionetten apartment with balcony and mountain view. The apartment is comfortably furnished and perfect for up to two adults and one child. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.
