Ideal for relaxing for adults and playing for children. The apartment (approx. 75 m²) is on the first floor and has a terrace with access to the large garden. Bathing pleasure in nearby natural lakes. Hiking trails all around, sports and family attractions in beautiful scenery or in the nearby Center Parcs Leutkirch.

Our accommodation is a large, well-equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have a great view of Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various shops, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk) yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. A beautiful swimming lake is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle.
