Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Hygge in Hohenlohe? - The word "Hygge" comes from the Scandinavian. It describes a special feeling of coziness, familiarity and security. In the approx. 35 square meter vacation home you will find a special, warm atmosphere and can simply escape the stress of everyday life. The spacious terrace and the unique view of the Steinbach Valley has its own charm in every season. The cozily furnished cottage invites you to feel good and relax.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also plenty to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna for relaxing, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and much more.

Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
