The apartment in the countryside

We are located in the countryside and offer plenty of space. At night, you can hear the owls in the forest. In winter it snows here, while in Paderborn it only rains. By e-bike, you can reach Paderborn in 45 minutes or excursion restaurants in Haxtergrund in 30 minutes. You can drive or walk for miles through the fields. Four golf courses are close by. The south balcony offers great views and the bedroom is pleasantly cool in summer.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On 70 square meters with a large south-facing balcony and views of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but is allowed on the terrace.

Wonderful views and meals on the terrace, hot sauna infusions and a restful night in the soft double bed. Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style. A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.
