Upstairs two large bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom and WC. 2 parking spaces. Air conditioner. Wifi.

Former independent 18th century stone farmhouse, the house is located in a pretty village typical of the Ile de France. For 8 guests + a baby and a child under 6 years of age. Come and discover the Roseland gîte! The cottage has a private terrace of 40 m2 but no garden as may have been mentioned in the reviews. Please refer to the photos. Please note that the accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility

Upstairs, two bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 200), a shower room, a separate toilet (bed linen and towels provided). Possibility to enjoy the outdoors and the garden.

At the edge of the river La Seine, 18 km away from Giverny and the Claude Monet foundation, 37 km away from Thoiry, 65 km from Versailles and 75 km from Paris, the holiday home with view on the huge garden is 75 m2 and adjoining the owners house. The outdoor activity center and the golf course are at a 15 minutes walking distance.
