Beautiful stone building with 22 beds. Possibility to come in greater numbers. Located in the heart of nature with beautiful sunshine and views. Ideal for festive events: birthday, bachelor party, bachelorette party, wedding, vacation. 2 rooms of 60 m2. Ground floor 1 room for dancing or eating and a fully equipped kitchen. Second floor: a bedroom or chill out area, 4 sofa beds plus 14 mattresses. Balcony 27 m2. Covered terrace 28 m2. Outside there is a refreshment bar, lounge and dining tables.

French stone house with pool in idyllic village.

My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 12 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the annex. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

A little piece of paradise - Pyrénées

This gîte has a gorgeous private garden with views of the distant Pyrénées. This stunning glass fronted gîte comes with it's own terrace where you can soak up the sun. It has a summer kitchen, perfect for outdoor dining. Inside you'll find an open-planned space equipped with modern kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are two double bedrooms - one separate with views of the garden and countryside, the other on a mezzanine level, please note that there is a low beam in this area.

Old supply consisting of an authentic bread oven, exposed stones, beams, floor tiles... Large living room with equipped kitchen. Very large attic room upstairs. Unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, the swimming pool (10X4) at your disposal with Black Mountain views. 400 m2 garden. You will definitely see hares or Lossaux! Numerous opportunities for cultural visits or hikes in the immediate area. Lake St Férreol nearby. Pets not allowed.

A delightful self-contained cottage. The gite is set in six acres of beautiful garden and private woodland and boasts a year-round diversity of flowering shrubs and trees rich in birdsong. British owners Peter and Tom welcome groups of up to six people. There is also potential to accommodate an additional two guests (plus child) in an adjoining room with private bathroom. Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.

It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
