The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine regions of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr, as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

The Franziskus Hospital Linz is within walking distance. It has a separate and barrier-free entrance, a covered parking space and parking spaces for bicycles are provided. It's a non-smoking apartment! Unfortunately no pets are permitted.

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

It is centrally located in the old town of Linz. You can reach shops, restaurants and attractions on foot. Train (DB) and ships within 10 minutes' walk. Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and parking space are available. The kitchen has a stove with oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Linen and towels are provided.
