The cottage has an area of 160m²! FLOOR -1: REFUGE OF RELAX On the lowest floor of our cottage, you can find a private spa, which includes a charmingly and elegantly decorated sauna. GROUND FLOOR: REFUGE OF REST This floor is a spacious and beautifully designed living room with a kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. FIRST FLOOR: REFUGE OF SLEEP The top floor of our cottage is primarily a sleeping area. Here you can find 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

V podkroví chatky sú dve izby, jedna z nich je priechodzia. Na prízemí je spoločenská miestnosť s krbovými kachľami, kuchynkou a kúpeľnou. V blízkosti možnosť lyžovania - najbližší lyžiarsky vlek len 1 km, turistiky do Západných Tatier, rybolovu - rieka len 100 m /potrebná licencia/, Oravská priehrada 20 km a nikým nerušenej zábavy.
