Chaloupka U Dorotky is a detached cottage on Palčovka Mountain in the village of Huty, near the Western Tatras and right at the entrance to the Kvačianska Valley. Originally, it was an older mobile home, which we lovingly converted into a cosy mountain cottage. It is located behind the stream, a short distance from the main cottage, so it offers more privacy and the tranquillity of nature. Inside, there is a wood-burning stove that creates a cosy atmosphere. An ideal place for relaxation, hiking and the tranquillity of the mountains. Guests can also make use of the barn, the cellar bar and the summer terrace on Palčovka.

It is best to start the day with a morning coffee on the terrace and then use the barbecue in the garden. The cottage is located on the plot next to the family home.

The cottage was built in a traditional highlander way from natural wooden logs on a hill. Staying in such a cottage guarantees a break from work and busy life. The place is located in a quiet, peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is located on a plot surrounded by greenery of trees and nearby meadows where cattle are grazed in summer and autumn. The interior and furniture are decorated with hand-painted folk highlander motifs.

Miejsce, które wynajmujemy znajduje się w budynku obok nas. Jest do niego niezależne wejście. W całym budynku mieści się łącznie 5 pokoi. Jesteśmy do dyspozycji o każdej porze. Dla gości - bezpłatny parking oraz piękny ogród w którym można odpocząć :)

Tatrzańska Kryjówka is located in Poronin, 7 km from Zakopane. There is a ski lift for beginners nearby. Larger ski facilities are in Suche 2 km, Harenda, Małe Ciche 4 km, thermal pools Bukowina Tatrzańska 6 km. We have three high standard cottages. Each cottage-apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, internet and a parking space. The Poroniec river flows on the other side of the road.
