The guest house is a 100-year-old villa located in Podbrezová in the Kolkáreň district. Podbrezová, as the gateway to the Horehronie region, offers a strategic location and you can get directly from the house to Tále, Krpáčovo and Mýto pod Ďumbierom within 20 minutes by car and to the Chopok Juh resort in 25 minutes. Also nearby you will find the Bystrianska Cave, the Čiernohronská železnica station and many hiking and cycling trails. The Dom hostí itself was designed as a place for families with children or groups of friends to relax.

Completely renovated historic stone house built by the founder of Anton Motyčka in 1831, the house has a ground floor and 2 floors, with a total living area of 190 m2 , 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with WC. The ground floor has a fully furnished kitchen including dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The furnishings of the house are in period style. Glazed entry porch and garden available for guests only BBQ and fire pit in front of the house just a few meters from the water tank and beautiful creek.

Nasz dom znajduje się z dala od tłumów i zgiełku , w najpiękniejszej części Kościeliska-Rysulówce. Z tarasu rozpościera się piękny widok na Giewont i Czerwone Wierchy. Naprawdę można tu odpocząć . Dom posiada 4 sypialnie, miejsce do wypoczynku, pokój telewizyjny . Dla naszych gości ,na letnie wieczory ,przygotowaliśmy miejsce na ognisko, leżaki i hamak. Posiadamy też grill. Na zimowe wieczory, szczególnie po nartach ,zainstalowaliśmy saunę . Posiadamy ładowarkę do samochodów elektrycznych.

The house has five bedrooms, with space for up to 14 people. (if the sofa bed is counted there are two extra beds). There are four double beds (with adjustable slatted floors) and 6 single beds. A baby crib is also available. The house is nicely furnished and has a beautiful detached location. The cottage is suitable for couples, individuals, business travelers (wifi), families (with children), big groups and also animals are welcome.
