The residence features stark whites, light wood flooring throughout, chic furnishings, an open-plan layout living area, and stairs up to the loft bedroom. The apartment building does not have an elevator. This lovely duplex is located on the third floor of a newly renovated century-old traditional Lisbon apartment building. The bottom floor of the apartment has two bedrooms (one of which has a lovely balcony), a bathroom and open kitchen and living room. The top floor has a second bathroom, living room (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) with sofa bed and access to the apartment's pièce de résistance, its rooftop terrace. There is air conditioning in every room so that you can enjoy your stay year-round, without fear of the weather. All throughout the apartment, there is plenty of natural light and large double-paned windows that provide picturesque views of the city below. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all the pots and pans, utensils, silverware and plates for your meals. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, iron and ironing board. We provide fresh towels and bed linen, so there is no need to bring your own. In the living room area, sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the large-screen 42 inch LED television, with cable. Each of the bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to use the cable TV, 100 Mbps Internet with wireless access and especially, the rooftop terrace. A host will be present to greet you and give you a tour of the apartment when you arrive. The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Arroios and just off the Arroios Market. The local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and shops of Rua Morais Soares are all very close by, while Largo do Intendente, is a 10 minute walk away. The Arroios subway station (green line) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, whereas both the Alameda subway station (red line) and Anjos subway station (green line) are each a single hop away (or each a mere 750m walking distance) from the apartment. Besides the subway, there are plenty of bus stops nearby that provide transportation to various parts of Lisbon. The building does not have an elevator, so please be prepared to make the climb to the 3rd floor.

Modern and sophisticated apartment in an 18th century building

Feel the typical Lisbon life in this apartment with plenty of natural light, high ceilings and the traditional running board floor. The decor in sober tones and the large windows overlooking the street provide a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Building was recent rehabilitated, just like surrounding area. Access to the apartment is via the stairs to the first floor (no elevator) but when you go into you will note that the apartment is worth it. Apartment has cozy spaces on a extremely high ceiling rooms with the presence of traditional building materials area, such as wood and stone. The living room has a big ceiling light just like old palaces. The feeling is that we are in an extremely charming house of the XVIII century but with the comfort of the XXI century with central air conditioning and a modern kitchen. The living room is the center of the house with two big windows doors with small balconies with lots of light and overlooking the main street. Next bedroom also has a big window doors and the small balcony. Apartment it's 50sqm but is big enough to spend a few days comfortable. The house has one more two individual beds on a big bedroom . The care and attention to the detail is noticed. The Wi-Fi serves the entire house. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and ready to go and serve basic meals to a group up to 4 people. Note that there is a dish wash machine but there isn't clothe wash machine. There is a self service laundry at Rua da Madalena 93. On building door turn left and at traffic lights turn rigth and walk 50m. This apartment is an excellent option for anyone staying in the heart of the city, at a walking distance to most important places to visit in the city.
