Fabulous Apartment in the Heart of Graça

Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. The Graça District is one of Lisbon's oldest, most charismatic, trendy, and beautiful neighborhoods at the top of the highest hill with amazing views of the city. An open-air cafe, open late into the night in summer, is a favorite with young locals. Bus 28 Bus 734 ( Martim Moniz/ Graça ) Estacionamento disponível Metro até ao Martim Moniz ( Linha Verde) CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: We are as flexible as possible about check-in & check-out but for cleaning/maintenance reasons, check-in is normally after 3pm and check-out at 11am. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. So please let me know the best time for your check-in & check-out. Security Deposit: 200 Euros security deposit will be held by Airbnb and charged only if reservation damages are found at the apartment. Do Not make noise or parties. Please respect the neighbors. This apartment has car access. Parking in the streets surrounding the apartment is payed and some conditioned and reserved for residents. No Pets allowed. No Smoking inside the apartment. Cozy 1850s Windmill with City and River Sunset Views

Climb the curving staircase in a historic windmill to admire sunsets from a vantage point like no other. The interior has been updated to provide modern comforts, but there are plenty of quirky original details to make this a unique romantic getaway. Enjoy a delicious breakfast from a tree house with views to the city and river (optional — €20 for 2 people). For little ones', or the grown-ups', fun we do have an small swimming pool during spring and summer. Here you'll find a great getaway from the city buzz, but only 10min away by walking to the ferry that takes you to Lisbon. 5 min walking distance to the Fluvial station of Porto Brandão from which a 10min boat trip will take you directly to Belém. The Windmill was totally refurbished but kept the original feel, with practically no alterations to the original structure preserving all stones, windows and iron pieces as initially found when the property was purchased. This accommodation offers the unique experience of sleeping on a building with more than 150 years of history, originally used for grinding flour to be sent to feed the inhabitants of Lisboa. In the kitchen on the ground floor you’ll find 5 millstones that will bring you closer to this past time. This cozy Windmill is equipped with a very comfortable bed for well-rested nights and a lounge area that provides a great spot to chill at sunset, enjoy a glass of wine or even to have a meal, but that can also accommodate 2 additional people on a double mattress. Adding to the character and comfort found in this Windmill you'll find stunning views from here. You’ll be able to see several sights along the river such as the 25 de Abril bridge, MAAT, Museu da Electricidade, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and as far as the Sintra’s Palácio da Pena goes. Depending on the time of the year you will also be presented with blossoming trees, be able to pick fruits directly from them, or even enjoy a meal on top of an olive tree treehouse. Ideal for slow-paced tourism, nature lovers, romantic escapes, or family trips this accommodation offers plenty of opportunities due to its characteristics, vicinity to cosmopolitan Lisboa and a bunch of interesting sites. Don’t miss: - Beaches - 8Km -> Beginning of the longest continuous beach in the country, with an extension of approximately 30Km - Serra da Arrábida – 32Km - Sintra – 37Km - Cascais – 39Km - Mafra – 52Km - Óbidos – 96Km Please note the following: - Kitchen equipped with coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, small electric stove and fridge. - Windmill with 3 floors. Inflatable Kayak 3p - 40€ (whole day) Kitesurf equipment -150€ (whole day) I really like to receive my guests personally and share my favorite places in Lisboa and on the surroundings. The windmill is on the south bank of the Tejo River, just across from Belém. It's in the quiet of the countryside, and is just 10 minutes from Lisbon by ferry boat and many beaches by car. 5 min walking distance to the Fluvial station of Porto Brandão from which a 10min boat trip will take you directly to Lisbon (Belém). From Belém to city center there are plenty trains (10min). Please check the time schedule for the ferrys at Transtejo website. Connection between Belem and Porto Brandão. A taxi/uber drive from Lisbon city center to the windmill usually it's about 20eur.

A rua do apartamento só tem estacionamento para residentes e nas ruas à sua volta o estacionamento paga-se entre as 9 am e as 7 pm. Apartamento perto das principais atrações turísticas. The apartment in a fully refurbished building in 2016, maintaining the original facades and the "Bica dos Olhos" fountain (Baroque-inspired municipal monument), inserted in it. It has elevator, air conditioning, 1 bedroom, 1 bed with orthopaedic mattress and on top of high comfort mattress, 1 sofa bed, 1 living room with kitchnet and 1 toilet. DAZZLING LOFT WITH TERRACE IN TRENDY CHIADO

This dazzling loft with roof top terrace is definitely the place to be, the place to stay for its privileged location. On the 3rd floor, with no elevator, the presence of beams in the sitting area add charm but can be inconvenient for very tall persons!
