We welcome you to our new house, full of charm in the heart of a half-timbered residential area. You will be a short walk from the Landes forest and its bike paths (which pass right in front of our neighborhood), which will also take you directly to Cap de l'Homy beach. By car the beaches (Contis and Cap de l'Homy) are only about ten minutes away. In addition, the house is in the heart of Lit et Mixe. This accommodation is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 160 beds and a 180 bed divisible into 2*90), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and its sliding door for an indoor-outdoor spirit. Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

The village is a 10-minute walk away, you will find shops (bakery, butcher and market every day in season...). The property is located on a large lot behind the owners' house, all secured by a gate.
