By car the beaches (Contis and Cap de l'Homy) are only about ten minutes away. In addition, the house is in the heart of Lit et Mixe. This accommodation is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Enjoy the mild Landes evenings on the terrace opposite the pine forest. Close to the bike path you can bike to the village or Cap de l 'Homy beach 7 km away. The village is a 10-minute walk away, you will find shops (bakery, butcher and market every day in season...). The property is located on a large lot behind the owners' house, all secured by a gate.

A spacious double bedroom is highlighted by soft blue and green bedding on the large bed. Natural light streams in from the window, illuminating the light-colored wood flooring. Decorative art pieces and a rattan light fixture add a touch of warmth to the room.
