My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Les Coquillages Gite 2

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

The Pechine house is a detached Landes farmhouse on a 6500 sqm property near the 'Landes de Gascogne' nature reserve. The house is very lovingly furnished mainly with antique furniture from the region. A fully equipped kitchen with a view of the edge of the forest makes cooking together at sunset a pleasure. The open fireplace ensures romantic evenings. On cool autumn and winter days, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and coziness.

You have a living room with briquette fireplace, sofa, equipped kitchen, bedroom with a large 140 bed, and a bedroom with 1 pull-out bed in 90, bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. The place is quiet and not overlooked. On request a baby cot is available as well as a bathtub and a booster seat. THE ACCOMMODATION IS EQUIPPED WITH WIFI.
