This house was perfect, clean, and accurately described. Great proximity to baseball parks and to the coastal towns for dinner. Very nice and new, modern, and spacious. Easily fit my group and all utilities and amenities worked perfectly. Quiet area and great hosts. Would stay again!

It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable! Pool was nice! Neighborhood was nice! It was close and convenient to everything.

7 of us stayed at this house, and it was the perfect size. It’s close to a lot, we loved the games + fishing, and we liked that there was a washer and dryer. Definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful house, great location, close to restaurants and shops!

This was great for the family. Kids had a blast playing pool. Its close to dinning. We were in town for a softball tournament and this was five minutes away from fields and perfect for us. Great stay.

Our expectations were high – and they were surpassed. A true dream place with wonderful hosts. The communication with Marti was extremely straightforward, and we always received quick and helpful responses. The check in was completely flexible and smooth thanks to the clear instructions. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the pictures, and upon our arrival a loving welcome basket with snacks and water bottles awaited us – a very nice gesture. Everything else was perfectly maintained. The kitchen left nothing to be desired and was equipped with all imaginable utensils and appliances, even with a blender and hand mixer. There was really nothing missing here. The location was extremely quiet, which also gave us a feeling of security and security. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands – a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Enjoyed my solo stay here for 3 nights. Quaint, quiet, nice space for one person (or two!) Had everything I needed though I did not spend much time on the property. Clean, comfortable bed. Host reached out frequently to inquire about my experience and offered help as required.

Beautiful location with a short walk to the beach! Definitely peaceful and pretty private to have some time to relax. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed! Small space but very reasonably priced. There is no common area (like dining or living room), only a full size bathroom and the bedroom across from it. Coffeemaker was there and mini fridge right next to the bed.. We did not mind at all! Wonderful spot to get away to the woods without being too far from town.

Instructions to the property were so easy to follow. The location is really good and the backyard on the lake was wonderful and relaxing. The private screened in porch was sooo good! It had a coffee maker and toaster to use with all the extras to use it. The bathroom was modern and super clean. The bedroom! The bed and pillows was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I slept like a rock. No noise, peaceful and I felt safe. I would highly recommend a stay here and would for sure stay here again!

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

This is a very adorable little place with very cool and unique outside decor with lots of seating areas. The pool was lovely, very clean blue water. The grill was very easy and accessible to use. The outside sink is very handy and so is the outside trash can. Once you go inside there is so much to enjoy! From the hot tub to the bar area and pool table we stayed entertained. The kitchen and bathroom are both very clean and easy to use. We enjoyed the dual shower heads it made double showers so easy! We 100% recommend staying here, you’ll very much enjoy your time alone and never want to leave! There’s also cute little guest that visit and there’s just too sweet! The host are very easy to get ahold of and very nice people. We appreciate the chance we got to experience this place and hope others can enjoy it like we did. Thank you, hope to book again!

Place was perfect. Easy entry. Great responsive host. Very clean and neat. Close to town. Will stay here every time I come to Cape Coral.

Glamping at its best ! Was here for the rodeo with friends and family . We had the boathouse Cabin. Very pristine and clean with a super comfortable mattress. I loved waking up to the sunrise overlooking the river with my morning coffee. Hope to return here again,
