Idyllisches Haus in parkähnlichem, grossem Garten

Das Haus (Rustico) liegt ausserhalb von Cavigliano in einem grossen, parkähnlichen mediterranem Garten mit zahlreichen Sitzplätzen an ruhigem sonnigen Südhang direkt über den Flüssen Melezza & Isorno; 5-10 Min. zu Fuss zum Strand. Ideal für Naturliebhaber & Romantiker. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Wanderungen, Klettern und Baden. Achtung: Wegen Hanglage und steiler Treppen vermieten wir das Haus nur an Familien mit Kindern ab 8 Jahren. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet.

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Scoprite il fascino di un autentico rustico ticinese risalente al 1566 nel cuore del nucleo storico di Avegno. Ristrutturato con cura, unisce il carattere della tradizione al comfort di oggi. Un tempo casa della mia nonna e della sua famiglia, conserva ancora l’atmosfera autentica della vita di paese, tra vicoli storici e a due passi dalla natura. Da qui si raggiungono facilmente a piedi il fiume, pareti e aree per arrampicata e bouldering, oltre ai grotti e numerosi sentieri per escursioni.

Besonders beliebt sind die kulturellen Anlässe, wie das Jazz Festival Ascona im Juni, das Moon&Stars im Juli sowie das Filmfestival Locarno im August.

Vorschriften des Kantons Tessin darf ich max. 6 Erwachsene beherbergen). Ruhig im Wald gelegen, mit Auto erreichbar, Parkplätze vorhanden. Einfaches Steinhaus mit fliessend Warmwasser, vollständig ausgerüsteter Küche, aber kein Geschirrspüler und keine Waschmaschine. Heizung bei Bedarf mit Gas, Elektroofen oder Holz. WLAN vorhanden, kein TV.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
