Discover the charm of an authentic Ticinese farmhouse dating back to 1566, located in the heart of Avegno's historic centre. Carefully renovated, it combines traditional character with modern comfort. Once the home of my grandmother and her family, it still retains the authentic atmosphere of village life, nestled among historic alleyways and just a stone’s throw from the natural surroundings. From here, it is an easy walk to the river, to climbing and bouldering crags and areas, as well as to the grottos and numerous hiking trails.

Your own hamlet: 2 Rustici on the Verzasca

Two 300-year-old stone houses with original granite roofs — your own little hamlet, a stone's throw from Lavertezzo and the emerald green Verzasca. There's no one else here. Directly behind the houses is the chestnut forest, and opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

'Don't Forget Me' Cottage – Verzasca Valley

Romantic cottage in the Verzasca Valley with a sunny courtyard, surrounded by nature and tranquillity, a stone's throw from the turquoise waters of the river. Cosy open-plan space with a mezzanine sleeping area and an authentic atmosphere. Stone courtyard, perfect for relaxing, enjoying an aperitif at sunset or a leisurely outdoor barbecue. Perfect for couples and families. An ideal starting point for hikes (BoBosco trail) and a stone's throw from the playground. Tourist tax to be paid on-site.

Idyllic house in park-like, large garden

The house (Rustico) is located outside Cavigliano in a large, park-like Mediterranean garden with numerous seating areas on a quiet sunny south slope directly above the Melezza & Isorno rivers; 5-10 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for nature lovers & romantics. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking, climbing and swimming. Attention: Due to the hillside location and steep stairs, we only rent the house to families with children aged 8 and over. Not suitable for disabled people.

LOCARNO HOME WITH A VIEW

The bright, airy and stylishly furnished house with stunning views of Locarno and Lake Maggiore offers a lot of privacy. If you like to cook, you will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace also provides comfort on cooler evenings. In addition to relaxation and leisure in the house, the location invites you to hikes and walks. Particularly popular are the cultural events, such as the Jazz Festival Ascona in June, the Moon&Stars in July and the Film Festival Locarno in August.

Wild Valley Secret Villa in Valle Onsernone

This gem of a house in a car-free village is ideal for families and groups looking for the perfect combination of style, nature, and rustic living. Enjoy dinner in the huge garden with the Onsernone Valley's best view. Its balconies, granite plunge pool, and gorgeous river 5 minutes away on foot are particularly prized by visitors. Locarno is only 25 minutes away. The house is accessible on foot from the main road in 3 minutes. No loud groups please. Note the house has no dishwasher.

Nature lovers! Tropical with waterfall view

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Escape to a charming stone house in the idyllic, historic village of Corippo, where time seems to have stood still. Enjoy breathtaking views, a private terrace, and a lush garden. The emerald-green Verzasca River and scenic swimming spots are a short walk away, and the house is a perfect base for hiking and mountain tours. Each morning, the mobile baker brings fresh bread to the main piazza, and in the evening, you can enjoy local cuisine at the village’s own restaurant.

Historisches Steinhaus Cafe Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Enjoy Ticino in a romantic rustico located in the forest with 2 bedrooms (2 beds each) as well as a mass camp in the attic (opg. Regulations of the Canton of Ticino, I may max. 6 adults). Quietly situated in the forest, accessible by car, parking available. Simple stone house with running hot water, fully equipped kitchen but no dishwasher and no washing machine. Heating with gas, an electric stove or wood as required. Wi-Fi available, no TV.
