Holiday rentals with lake access in Long Beach

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Biff's place! The house is very clean, open, and bright. The many windows and doors fill the home with warm natural light (which was very welcome in the middle of winter!). The house is well situated on a quiet street in Lake Como, nestled away from busier streets, while still being close to restaurants in Belmar, Spring Lake, and Asbury Park. Biff took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay - he even had the outlets covered, which was a very thoughtful touch since we were staying with our one year old 😊 The kitchen was well stocked with any supplies we needed for meal preparation (the most well stocked of any AirBnb we've stayed at!) and the beds and linens were quite comfortable. Biff was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our time at the house. We can't wait to stay again soon. We had the most wonderful stay at a beautiful house on Mallard Island, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property was immaculate, with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The basic necessities were well thought out, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The views were truly breathtaking. Every morning, we woke up to incredible sights of the marsh and bay, and the sunsets were even more spectacular—definitely something to look forward to every day. The location is also a big plus; it’s within walking distance to Old Causeway, which has one of the best happy hours in NJ imo (from 3-6pm), making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of beaching or bay activites. The hosts were exceptional—kind, accommodating, and so easy to communicate with. They were flexible with our arrival time and even allowed us to check out a bit later than the posted time, which was much appreciated. We could have used a few more towels, but next time we'll bring a few. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stay

We never stayed in Ocean Grove before and it was great especially because it was not summer vacation season and we had beautiful weather for late March. The town is very walkable with beautiful houses to gaze upon. The town is immaculate. Katharine's place is maybe 5-6 blocks from the beach; in nice weather, it's an easy walk over to Asbury Park. Katharine's place worked well for us as the living room was comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and the bathroom both clean and functional. Not being the sharpest knife in the drawer, I couldn't figure out to adjust the heat in the bedroom; should have contacted Katharine. Lots of storage in the bedroom. We had ourselves an enjoyable weekend. Thanks.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. I had a wonderful experience! The heater was on when we got inside, we were given toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and towels. The house was spotless, communication was amazing; as Riaz was very friendly. Overall my two day stay was great and I would definitely come back :)

Julianne and Tim were gracious hosts, super helpful when we ran into a few snags with the front door lock. And I couldn't imagine a more beautiful spot in Manasquan, nestled on a quiet side street just a couple of blocks from the beach. The house is wonderful, spacious yet cozy (the couches are especially comfortable) and it's a great location for the price. One thing to keep in mind (especially for folks traveling from far away) is that you need to bring your own linens, pillows, and blankets, but the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, and the house is within walking distance of most amenities you'd need. This would absolutely be my first recommendation for places to stay in the area. Would love to come back if they'd have me!

The house was ideally located with both bay views and close access to the beach. It was extremely clean and well stocked with amenities. All questions we had were quickly answered by the owner. We had a very pleasant stay, and would definitely rent again.

Shawn is very proactive, responsive and informative! He provided every piece of information needed and clear instructions before we checked in. The property is well maintained, clean and as described. The master bathroom in the basement is a surprised and everyone loves it. The house has everything we needed to make it home for two days. Definitely a great place to stay with friends and family. The only complaint is the lot size is a bit small and I feel the next door neighbors are too close to us.

We were in Asbury for work and Brooke’s place was perfect. Having a bedroom and bathroom on each floor of the duplex gave privacy but the place has a huge living room, nice sized kitchen and dining room as well. It’s walking distance to the beach but we didn’t get there because of work. Street parking was easy and it’s a quiet location but close to restaurants.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

I hesitate to say how great this place is because I want it for every time I am in NJ. With that said, this place is incredible and the hosts are the best. The description of the place may be selling it short. Most evenings involved sitting on the beach across the street watching a gorgeous sunset followed up by a quick walk or bike ride to several top notch local places for food, drinks, and fun (Al Ponte for Thursday and Friday night lobsters).

My husband, son, and I stayed in the bungalow the night of our rehearsal dinner and the night of our wedding at SweetWater. It’s the perfect place to stay if you are getting married at SweetWater. My in laws rented the house where some of our family stayed and our other family members rented the other bungalows. Everyone had a great experience. Everything is new, in great condition, and super clean and convenient. Brittani was responsive, informative, flexible with us for our check in time and check out times. Had such a great stay. Definitely recommend and we will be back I am sure!!

A great stay! So close to the beach with an incredibly peaceful view of the lake. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb homes in the area and this one ranked at the top. Kitchen is chef ready, living area is so relaxed and very comfortable. All the amenities were spot on. My biggest worry when I book any stay is whether or not I’ll sleep well and I can sincerely say the beds in this place are great! Gary is a great host and an Asbury enthusiast. Will be back for sure!

10 out of 10 would highly recommend. Everything was absolutely amazing... A much needed reprieve from our busy lives. My bf and I enjoyed our stay during our anniversary weekend. Such a beautiful and peaceful area, in close proximity to our brunch, dinner, and glassblowing activities. Liam and Marlene were great. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas were our favorite spots in the Clark. Sufficiently stocked with listed amenities, we loved The Clark Liam! Will def be back again.

We had a great stay at this cozy home in Mills River, New Jersey. The house was incredibly clean, tidy, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked—especially for baking, which was a fun surprise! The host was professional, responsive, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. We came for family and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would absolutely return in the future!

Beautiful home, great location!! Very clean and my kids loved the loft area.. Close to Lavallette shopping and beaches, as well as a short drive to the Seaside boardwalk. Very responsive host, highly recommended staying here!! Will be back!

I cannot say enough good things about Michael. He was absolutely the best host I have ever had! Michael was super helpful, detail oriented and provided a thorough recommendation list in the area. The place was everything I expected and more. It was the perfect location with all the amenities that I needed. The house felt fresh, new and very cozy. It is exactly what I was looking for and I will definitely rent from Michael again if I am visiting the area.

We loved our stay here . The grandkids and everyone had a great time with all the amenities provided . Kayaking , fishing , crabbing , swimming etc . We also enjoyed the outdoor concert at the pier & the nearby restaurants ! Would definitely love to stay here again . Salvatore was very friendly and helpful !

It is a very accurate description. Photos are representative. This is a narrow, compact bungalow, yet we fond it to be ample space. Sure it’s a smaller bathroom, but it’s the style house. We didn’t find it to be any problem at all. Again, photos are representative. The location during our stay (mid September) was very quiet. It’s a hop over to the beach. We felt safe. It’s nice to have a little driveway spot too and one floor, no stairs makes it easy! There were 3 of us, so quite comfy. Larger groups might need more space, but there are some open and usable spots - such as front porch area with the futon like couch. We found it to be clean, no issues. The back patio is nice too. If there was any critique, it would be that there’s not a lot of seating to be inside for chatting or tv. There’s a loveseat in the back by the tv, we took in a patio chair - for us no big deal. Overall, we will return and the host, Karleen, was so helpful and quickly (super fast) responds. 5 stars from us ❤️

This place is fantastic for an Atlantic City visit. Thomas was super helpful! Not only through the app, but even had a hand written book to provide recommendations for local spots for guests to check out. We even got to bring our dog and play in the backyard with her. Would definitely rent again!!!
